1. Ordered Books. 3 books - $460.00. Paid for with Amex Card at time of order.

2. Paid for Express Shipping, even though Order Qualified for free shipping.

3. 3 Days later, did not receive a tracking number for the shipping.

4. Called to follow up.

5. Was told order was on hold. Unable to explain why it was on hold.

5. Transferred from one person to another 3 times. 2 times to someone's voice mail.

6. Finally spoke to someone in Credit Department. was told that I am a retail customer and the order should have shipped right away, not put on a hold.

7. She said she would follow it up and inform me.

8. Followed up 2 days later. Still not shipped. Transferred again to someone in Accounts department. She took off the hold and said the order would ship out that day.

9. Followed up 2 days later as there was no tracking information.

10. Order had not shipped. Expressed that this order has been drastically delayed and was upset with Customer Service. She states that Express Shipping does not apply if order is unpaid. Clarified to her that order was paid on Amex Credit Card and was already on my statement on the day of the order.

11. Requested to speak to Someone in Management. Was placed on hold - 15 min. Then Tammy comes on the phone but is Unable to do anything except apologize.

12. She processed the order while I am on the phone - I can hear her tell someone in the background to immediate get a tracking number - then gives me a tracking number and tells me to wait 24 hours to track the order.

Reason of review: Not delivered, Poor customer service, Ordering Experience Not as described..

Monetary Loss: $460.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The same thing happend to me! I had to do two transactions because it I needed two of the same books (one for each daughter) system only allows to order one in a transaction.

Got first book order, waited 3 days called ad was told order was out on hold because I had ordered to of the same books with the same credit card!

No kidding I needed 2! Customer service is a joke and the accounting office is rude!
