Horrible Service
I dropped my class and I've been trying to get ahold of Cengage for the past week calling every day, multiple numbers, and they still just keep hanging up on me and telling me to call back later. Every time I try and "submit a case" the link sends me to a broken webpage that doesn't work whatsoever.
They are a scam and all they are trying to get is money from students without giving anything back. They are absolutely horrible and I would sooner cut off my arm then take a class that uses Cengage again in the future.

Complete waste of money
Forced to purchase their *** platform through my college. No customer service, no response form their customer service, no better functions than simply renting the book.
If you want to waste your money Cengage is the place to do it. They'll gladly take your money and never respond back to your questions. Don't take any course that requires Cengage. You can save hundreds by renting a text book instead of using their Mind Tap which is basically a digital rental of a book at 5x the cost of any other textbook rental company.
All the icons that should demonstrate how to perform tasks in your class are simply image icons that don't even work. Complete waste of time and money.

I can confirm this. It's been over a week since I opened my case for refunding MindTap (didn't mean to purchase it) and nobody has even responded.
