Cengage Learning - Customer service SUCKS

I ordered two books but was eventually told to I need the ebook. No biggie right?? After paying for two day shipping and finally receiving the wrong books over a week and a half later, I couldn’t print the return label for the second book. And of course you can’t return two books together so I can’t get a refund. Multiple emails sent none were returned. Left on hold for over an hour twice and once got hung up on. This place sucks and now I can’t do homework. Don’t ever order from here
