I am so angry at this place for the terrible service. First of all, it is ridiculously expensive. I am a student. I do not want to be paying $100+ for access to online homework. Not only this, but I had a free 2 week trial but could not even access it due to technical issues on their end. When I called they would not compensate me or give me a discount for something that was their problem. Greedy people

I have had so many problems with this website but for me the thing that really angered me was being put on hold for over 45 minutes. I had a problem with a quiz that was due and when I called customer service I legit waited for 48 minutes. I called them at 9:30! Who has that many people calling at 9:30 at night. If I had not eventually *** hung up I would probably have been on hold for over an hour. That is UNACCEPTABLE! I expect that from a credit card company not a website for students! This is not my only problem with Cengage (and MindTap specifically) but it has for sure angered me the most. Cengage's customer service needs to be reevaluated. *** *** ***

I had mistakingly used my access code on the wrong account as I had linked accounts between blackboard and cengage. This was very easy to solve by calling customer support and only took a short 10 minutes to transfer access to the correct account.

Cengage distributes websites that crash and doesn't recognize 1/3 as the same as .333 You should feel ashamed to work for a company that is screwing students out of hard-earned student loans and forcing us to pay exorbitant fees for your horrible experience.
