I brought a book from cengage. But it came without access code for MindTap.
And I wanted to return the book as I was in need of access code too. I send a lot of emails to them but I never got the reply. I called them but they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes every time. They we are getting higher volume of calls than expected and never receive the call.
So, I hang up. I even messaged on Facebook about the issue but they couldn’t give a solution either.
Shame on these people. I lost my 134 $ and I am really pissed off.
