I was on hold for 40 minutes, just to have someone rudely answer and ask for my case ID number or something like that. I let her know I didn't have a case ID because I couldn't even log on to the website to report an issue. I let her know that it wouldn't even let me log into the system through Blackboard and that I needed help allowing pop-ups since google chrome wouldn't let me enable them for some reason. I was just looking for technical support help, the call lasted maybe ten seconds. She pretended like she couldn't hear me, I have great cell phone reception, she was clearly pausing when I was speaking, and she HUNG UP ON ME!

AFTER 40 MINUTES ON HOLD!

I was livid. Rudest customer service I've ever had.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
