I bought an access code at least 3 weeks ago. Several days ago my account started saying that I need to buy an access code.

I have been attempting to resolve the issue, but NOBODY will pick up the phone. The first time I called, I was on hold for FIFTY MINUTES and never got in contact with a customer service representative. I called again and never got in contact with a person after 15 minutes. I even sent an email and never received a response.

I tried the online chat and the que was apparently all full. Are these people going to pay my college tuition when I fail the class because I cannot complete my homework.

Now I am STILL waiting on the phone for these people to answer and has been over 20 minutes. Sorry for the bad grammar, but I am so pissed I don't even feel like reading this over.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I'm just going to chargeback cengage. Still haven't replied to my refund request that I made over three weeks ago.
